    If your order is not as expected upon arrival, please contact hannah@tongueinpeat.com first as we will do our best to rectify this.

    The customer would cover the costs of postage unless the item is proven to be faulty (in this case, Tongue In Peat would refund all costs incurred).

    Due to online store vouchers using one-time codes, we are unable to process returns on these items once purchased. Please contact us in the first instance.
